  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

With Redo

  • Free return shipping included
  • Email us first for return approval to hello@gallopandglitz.com
  • Start your return through the Redo return portal HERE!

Without Redo

  • Email us first for return approval to hello@gallopandglitz.com
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Return labels are not provided

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns processed within 5–7 business days
  • Choose store credit or a refund to the original form of payment

        Store Credit = No Processing Fee Choosing store credit means no 5%                        processing fee will be deducted.
        Refunds: 5% processing fee applies and will be deducted from refunds to                 help cover non-refundable payment and platform fees we are charged                   and cannot recoup

Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping is non-refundable
  • Free shipping orders will have outbound shipping deducted from refunds

Return Conditions

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Original tags attached
  • Free of damage, odors, makeup, or pet hair

Shoes:

  • Must be returned in original shoe box placed inside another shipping box

  • Gift cards
  • Returns after 7 days
  • Worn or damaged items
